“August 5th
Dear Brother Number 1, I have reasons to suspect that the Workers at the Coastal Tower are planning to escape. One of the soldiers brought to my attention a short message written on scrap paper. Workers have been seen secretly exchanging this note, until one of them crumpled it and tossed it away. The message is cryptic but seems addressing something planned 5 days from now.
I suggest to take action as soon as possible. If you give me your consent, I’ll deal with them right away. I'm afraid that our dealings with the Turkish official may suffer a short delay, though.
Brother Number 2”
