The Manor Farm is probably the first hard quest you can afford in the game.
In this structure, you can find a lot of different items, enemies, weapons and tools, also, some documents.

Location
The Entrance
You can find the entrance to the farm on one side of it.
Use the button to crouch to enter.
Parkour and death body
The first challenge you can afford in this area is the parkour, there is a lot of zones where you need to use your parkour skills, if not... you will die like him.
Rats
In The Manor Farm, you can find a lot of Rats that can be easily killed.
Wine
You can drink wine to recover some hydration (but your vision will be blurry).
Climb
There are a lot of climbing spots in The Manor Farm, you can use Perception to mark them.
Document (Botanist - Lemon verbena)
In the subterranean of The Manor Farm, you can find the document Botanist - Lemon verbena.
Dogs
In The Manor Farm you can find two dogs guarding two zones of the area.
Tip: try to not fight, this enemy is really strong and in the two zones you can find some grasses to hide you.

In one room of The Manor Farm, you can find the document Botanist - Sonia's smile.
Herbarium
You can find the Herbarium in the room with the owl in The Manor Farm.
